The pasta and desserts were excellent. However, regarding the dessert, the lighting was a bit dim; I think using indirect lighting to brighten the area slightly would make the food look even more appetizing. While the layout and flow of the buffet—typical of a Hilton—were great and visually engaging, it wasn't entirely clear what the main dish was. Considering the typical age demographic of Hilton guests, the setup allows for sampling small portions of various dishes; however, when the main course isn't clearly defined, the overall impression of the meal becomes somewhat indistinct. Finally, there was no clear "finishing" dish (such as rice or noodles) to round out the meal; I thought offering something like "Vasco's Special Chicken Curry" would have been a nice touch. — Translate this
